Cat 2 Qualification - June 1995 Professional Pilot

This was an article from the late 1990's when we pushed the limits and delved into Category II operations. Years ago, before the first EFIS cockpits, Category II qualification seemed like a good thing during winters on the East Coast. Turned out that qualification through an FAA LOA was a fairly easy process. I wrote this to share with other pilots how they could take advantage of Cat II lower minimums.
